17 Pine Avenue è un disco nuovo, un disco che riporta la leggendaria band californiana ai fasti di inizio carriera, nei primi anni settanta. Proseguendo la rinascita, iniziata più o meno cinque anni fa, David Nelson, leader a tutto tondo del gruppo, ha scritto 7 canzoni, sulle dodici che compongono il disco, assieme a Robert Hunter. Si è riformato un team leggendario e la musica è tornata ad essere un cocktail di rock, country e psichedelica, proprio come ai bei tempi. Una vera sorpresa.
EP 10". Record Store Day 2012. Secondo volume dei demos di Quadrophenia, stampati in vinile a tiratura limitata. Formato dieci pollici, come il primo volume, contiene 5 canzoni, tra cui le lunghe Doctor Jimmy ed I've Had Enough. Le altre sono Drowned, Is It Me ? e Love Reign O'Er Me. Tutti in versione inedita, ovviamente.

Qualche anno dopo, nell'Aprile del 2016, si sono riuniti, attorno a Jody Stephens ( unico membro originale dei Big Star rimasto in vita ) nel teatro Alex di Los Angeles, una bella serie di fans, amici e non della band, per tributare questo omaggio. Hanno partecipato alla serata, interpretando i brani più noti della band e sopratutto del mitico album Third, una bella serie di music lovers. LP+ CD+ Blu Ray + 6 photos. Il nuovo disco di Neil Young coi Crazy Horse è stato registrato in una fattoria, molto remota, del 19° secolo. Restaurata e rimessa in ordine come studio di registrazione. Young ci consegna un disco bello, vitale, fresco, ben suonato e con una manciata di canzoni solide, destinate a durare a lungo. Ci sono ballate romantiche, dal tono coinvolgente, e brani rock, taglienti e vitali, il tipico contrasto che ha reso leggendarie le registrazioni di Young con la sua band, dove Nils Lofgren ha preso il posto di Frank Sampedro. Niko Bolas era parcheggiato di fianco alla fattoria, in un attrezzatissimo mobile recording truck, per catturare al meglio i suoni del disco. Barn, un disco da ricordare. Cofanetto in edizione limitata, l'unico ad avere la parte video, in Blu Ray, oltre alle 6 fotografie.

Passata alla storia per il capolavoro Ode to Billie Joe, poi definito un classico del Southern Gothic, Bobbie Gentry è una delle prime artiste femminili in grado di scrivere e portare al successo in prima persona, le sue composizioni. Tra il 1967 ed il 1971 ha pubblicato il body work della sua opera: 7 album per la Capitol, introvabili da almeno 40 anni, se non di più. Bobbie Gentry è una antesignana del suono Americana e nella sua musica si trovano elementi di country, soul e rock. Nella sua breve carriera ha pubblicato, oltre al disco d'esordio, dischi valore come The Delta Sweete e Local Gentry. Questo doppio LP contiene 32 canzoni, il meglio della sua carriera.
