Non si tratta delle colonna sonora del nuovo film con Johnny Depp, ma di musica che si ispira al film. Da una idea di Depp, un altro disco (dopo i due volumi di Rogue's Gallery) che si fa notare per la bellezza delle canzoni e la scelta originale degli interpreti. Le canzoni sono tutte inedite e, ad interpretarle, troviamo alcuni dei nostri beniamini: Dave Alvin, Lucinda Williams, Grace Potter, Iron & Wine, Gomez, Sara Watkins, Iggy Pop (che fa country!!), Shane Mac Gowan, Pete Molinari, Ben Kweller, The White Buffalo, John Grant ed altri. Una vera sorpresa.

Interessante colonna sonora per il nuovo film con Robert Redford, diretto da J.C. Chandor. Alexander Ebert ( alias Edward Sharpe ) ha composto la colonna sonora, completamente strumentale, con la sola esclusione di Amen, la canzone finale.

La famosa colonna sonora di grande successo del film con Lady Gaga e Bradley Cooper.
