Un album di sostanza e di qualità. Dopo 22 Dreams, Weller pubblica il suo decimo disco di studio, in 18 anni di carriera solista. Sono con lui questa volta l'ex bassista dei Jam, Bruce Foxton,quindi Kevin Shields dei My Bloody Valentine, Bev Bevan dei The Move ed il leggendario batterista Clem Cattini. Contiene il singolo No Tears To Cry.
