Esce un pò a sorpresa il nuovo album di Paul Simon, Seven Psalms. 7 salmi, sette canzoni, riunite un un patchwork musicale unico, con i brani uniti gli uni agli altri. Melodie intense ed una quadratura sonora unica, che non si avvicina a nulla di quanto Paul ha fatto in passato.Sette brani, primariamente acustici, con Paul che si esibisce alla chitarra, ma anche al piano ed alle percussioni, ed un coro, fornito dal gruppo inglese Voices8. Un disco che si apprezza lentamente e che lascia il segno, anche per l'assoluta bellezza di alcune composizioni.

The album contains a production credit for "Lester", and engineering credits for "LB". Many have assumed this refers to Lester Bangs, but according to the Lester Bangs archive, the reference is probably to Barry Holdship's dog, who is named "Lester Bangs" and is pictured on the cover of the cd.
