Original LP released in 1967.
All tracks were remixed from the original four-track session tapes, recorded at A&R Recording Studios, New York City, on March 28 and 29, 1967.
Tracks 9 to 13 marked: Previously unissued alternate take
In September 1994, these multi-tracks were mixed down to two-track stereo on 30 ips analog tape, with all necessary processing (modest equalization and compression) done strictly within the analog domain; this was accomplished by use of appropriate, vintage gear in order to further preserve the integrity and fidelity of the original recordings. This finished analog master tape was then transferred to digital via the Sony Super-Bit-Mapping process.
