Non hanno fatto molti dischi, solo undici in 40 anni di carriera, ma eseguono del rock classico, con venature blues e soul e hanno sempre mantenuto il proprio suono. Sono anche la band di Chrisssie Hynde, anzi la sua creatura.Hate For Sale arriva dopo Alone (2016) e Break Up The Concrete ( 2008 ) ed è sicuramente meglio dei precedenti.
