Monk e il suo gruppo hanno suonato in modo splendido e la performance è stata di quelle da ricordare, sotto tutti i punti di vista.Dopo 50 anni il concerto viene finalmente pubblicato dalla Impulse, la grande etichetta jazz legata, da sempre, a John Coltrane.
