This is the two-CD 1991 edition from Music and Arts.

In later editions of the release, the track listing is incorrect from disc 1/track 27 to the end of the disc, and from disc 2/track 11 to the end of the disc. In this listing, I've given the titles exactly as they appear on the insert.

Twenty-page insert booklet includes notes by Don Asher.

Discs are marked DDD, which isn't possible, because these recordings were made between 1935 and 1943.
