G.E. è uno dei migliori chitarristi sulla scena attuale, Questo album, edito nel 1998, misura adeguatamente la sua bravura, con rilleture di brani come Heroin, Sunday, Down The Dirty Road, Dusty Streets of Cairo etc

Formatisi a Los Angeles nel 1971, con musicisti provenienti da varie band, i Captain Beyond appaiono in questo disco nella loro formazione originale: Rod Evans ( ex Deep Purple ), Bobby Caldwell (batterista nella prima band di Johnny Winter ), Larry 'Rhino' Reinhardt e Lee Dorman ( entrambi ex Iron Butterfly ) e il tastierista Lewie Gold. Il concerto, registrato a Miami nel 1972, contiene la nota Dancing Madly Backwards (On A Sea Of Air) oltre a diversi brani del disco d'esordio, come As The Moon Speaks, Astral Lady, Can't Feel Nothin, Myopic Void e Frozen Over,. Progressive rock, con influenze psichedeliche, blues, un tocco jazz e parecchio rock and roll. Un suono ancora interessante.
