Terzo album per la promettente folksinger canadese. Prodotto da David Baxter e con la partecipazione di Jim Cuddy ( Blue Rodeo ) e Jadea Kelly, altra folksinger, sempre canadese. La McLellan sa scrivere liriche forti, unite ad una musicalità gentile e molto elegante e, al momento attuale, è una delle promesse della musica canadese.

L'unione tra due dei più importanti gruppi irlandesi: la band folk dei Lunasa e la RTE Concert Orchestra. Registrato nel 2012 alla National Concert Hall di Dublino, questa performance dal vivo è qualcosa di nuovo ed originale nell'ambito del folk revival irlandese.

Safety In Numbers: Aside from a single live part played over each track, all the sounds used on "Safety in Numbers" were originally bits and pieces of a single 27 minute-long solo guitar improvisation, sampled and altered in various ways.
American Blood: All sounds on this recording are made by the guitar or the human voice.
