3 CD. Cofanetto edito dalla Esoteric che contiene tutte le registrazioni della band progressive rock Hard Meat. Ban esistita tra la fine degli anni sessanta ed il 1970 ( si sono separti l'anno seguente ). La band era formata dai due fratelli Mick Dolan (chitarre e voce), Steve Dolan (basso e voce) e da Mick Carless (batteria ), Il trio ha registrato un disco per la Island nel 1969, rimasto però inedito e due album per la Warner Bros, Hard Meat e Through A Window, entrambi nel 1970. Progressive rock at his best.
