Da quando, in Inghilterra, hanno iniziato a pubblicare questi Live autorizzati, i Little Feat sono stati una delle band più toccate, con diversi dischi messi sul mercato. Questo però si differenzia, e di molto, dai precedenti.Si tratta di uno show televisivo, The Midnight Special, mandato in onda a metà anni settanta. Show in cui, assieme alla band di Lowell George si sono esibiti anche Emmylou Harris, Jesse Winchester, The Weather Report e Bonnie Raitt. Un caso unico.
