2 CD. Si tratta di un disco inedito, inciso all'epoca in cui Band on the run era in classifica. Disco inciso ma poi messo da una parte. Viene ora riesumato e messo in vendita. Tuttavia, con l'uscita del 14 giugno 2024, che mostra l'artwork originale ideato, inclusa una brochure del documentario all'epoca inedito, è la prima volta che vengono pubblicati ufficialmente l'audio del documentario, oltre ad alcune canzoni registrate a telecamere spente. Questa produzione introdusse la nuova formazione dei Wings, di ritorno da Nashville dove registrarono il singolo ''Junior's Farm''. L'album si apre con una jam strumentale che sarebbe diventata il tema portante del disco e contiene interpretazioni live in studio delle grandi hit della band. L’album catturò un momento storico in cui i Wings avevano trovato e definito il loro sound caratteristico. Questa pubblicazione offre uno spaccato dei meccanismi interni alla band durante il lavoro in studio. I dischi contengono 26 brani con un nuovo missaggio, 12 dei quali che non comparivano nel film originale, compresi alcuni estratti con rifacimenti di canzoni dei Beatles.
