3CD. Ristampa rimasterizzata del settimo album di studio dei Grateful Dead con l'aggiunta di due bonus tracks inedite: China Doll (Demo) e Wave That Flag (demo). Nel marzo del 1974 i Dead tornarono agli studi Coast Recorders di San Francisco dove nel '67 avevano inciso il singolo The Golden Road del loro esordio. L'idea è di incidere un disco che rifletta la spettacolarità dei concerti e con autentici classici come China Doll, Scarlet Begonias, Ship of Fools e Unbroken Chain, il risultato è quello che il celebre critico Robert Christgau definisce un disco "...con canzoni memorabili quanto American Beauty...". Il secondo e il terzo CD raccolgono l'intero concerto inedito alla University of Nevada di Reno del 5/12/74 in cui la band impiegò il leggendario sistema d'amplificazione Wall Of Sound. Un concerto mitico che comincia con Sugaree e si conclude con Sugar Magnolia portato a termine nonostante l'infuriare di una bufera. Prodotto da David Lemieux.
