Con il sassofonista abbiamo una super band, formata da Eric Dolphy, McCoy Tyner, Reggie Workman ed Elvin Jones. Il classico quartetto di Coltrane con in più il fuoco aggiunto di Eric Dolphy.
Nuovo album per il pianista vocalist Billy Childs, inciso per la Mack Avenue. Questa volta Childs suona assieme a musicisti titolati, come Steve Wilson, Hans Glawishinig, Eric Harland.
Eccllente concerto, della tournèe del 2016,. Tour che ha ricevuto critiche entusiastiche. La stampa francese, recensendo questo concerto, ha fatto dei paragoni con il mitico Koln Concert.
