Nel 2013 il contrabbassista friulano Giovanni Maier e il pianista britannico pubblicarono un disco dedicato allo scrittore James Joyce che avrebbe avuto un seguito se il musicista inglese non fosse mancato nel 2020. Per dare continuità al progetto, oggi Maier collabora con il pianista britannico Alexander Hawkins, molto devoto alla poetica di Tippet. Il disco è un intenso dialogo tra i due musicisti con un fittissimo pungolarsi reciproco alternando momenti di furia e rilascio saggiamente trovati grazie a un'empatica intesa che a momenti ha dello sbalorditivo.
