Dal bebop al bolero ed anche oltre. Live in Cuba cattura la grande orchestra ( vincitrice di vari grammys) nella sua unica performance nell'isola castrista, dove il gruppo esplora e cattura le profonde connessioni tra il jazz Americano e la musica cubana.
2 CD. The Carnegie Hall Concert è la registrazione inedite di uno storico concerto, avvenuto nel 1971 alla Carnegie Hall di New York. La registrazione multitracce originale era stata commissionata dalla Impulse, ma poi non venne pubblicata. Alice Coltrane è accompagnata da un gruppo di all stars, formato da Pharoah Sanders, Archie Shepp, Jimmy Garrison, Cecil McBee, Ed Blackweled altri. Il concerto era un triple bill: assieme ad Alice erano saliti sul palco Laura Nyro ed i Rascals.
Una rilettura in chiave moderna del jazz, alla Radiohead. Molto sostenuti dalla stampa di settore, sia in Usa che in Inghilterra.
